Gypsy in Concert at the
Medina Entertainment Center
Hey Seeds Fans,
A couple of your favorite Hayseeds,
James & Jerry, would love to invite you all out to see the original jam band, Gypsy, in concert at the Medina Entertainment Center on Saturday, February 27th. The doors will open at 7:30. The opening act will be Ken Valdez.
As you all may know, James is one of the founding members of Gypsy. They were the house band at the famous "Whiskey a Go-Go" in Los Angeles in 1969 and 1970. They have toured with The Guess Who, Black Sabbath, Spirit, The Kinks, King Crimson, Steppenwolf and more. They appeared at major concert venues such as The Atlanta Pop Festival with Mountain, Jimi Hendrix and the Allman Brothers. They headlined at The Fillmore East and Fillmore West and at Winterland. They still play a few selected dates a year so this is a rare chance to see a part of Rock History.
